Insurance
We accept HSA, FSA, and most insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider directly to check your acupuncture eligibility & benefits.

Disclaimer: Benefit details are not a guarantee of payment from your insurance company, but an estimate. Actual payment and member responsibility are determined when claims are processed and may be different due to a number of factors including differences in services rendered, changes in patient eligibility, other payments made, provisions of the plan including recent amendments, applicable law, exclusions and limitations, and other relevant factors. Any additional member responsibility will be charged accordingly. Any overpayments by the member will be refunded after the claim is processed and explanation of benefits are received by A Return To Health.
Still unsure if you have acupuncture benefits?
Unsure if you have acupuncture benefits with your insurance plan? Here are a few tips to help you get started.
-
Call member services (find the number on your insurance card) and ask if you have acupuncture coverage.
-
Ask if your condition is covered.
-
Ask for any co-pay or co-insurance amount you are responsible for. They can also give you any deductible details if you have a deductible plan.
-
Ask if your practitioner is in-network by giving them the practitioner's name and address.
-
We will also check on our end when your information is available to us. This usually takes us a few days.
-
As always, insurances do have benefit disclaimers as stated above.
HSA & FSA
We accept both HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) as forms of payment for any acupuncture AND massage services as long as the accounts are affiliated with a major credit card.

A Return to Health is not responsible for issues with the approval or refund transactions made through HSA/FSA cards. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
